Obituary for Tammy Sue Poff
Tammy Sue Poff, daughter of the late Larry and Erma Caudill Collins was born in Letcher County, Kentucky November 20, 1964. She entered eternal life Monday, April 27, 2015 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 50 years, 5 months and 7 days of age at the time of her passing. Tammy married Gordon Poff May 12, 1983. She enjoyed crafting, going to church and praising GOD and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Gordon Poff of Sandlick, Kentucky. Two sons, Frank Poff and Nicholas both of Whitesburg, Kentucky. One brother, Troy Douglas Collins of Millstone, Kentucky. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Desaray, Brianna. Four special friends, Rebecca Mullins, Melissa Vanderpool, Tonia Collins and Lisa Brown. Tammy was preceded in death by a brother, Larry D. Collins, Jr
