Obituary for Elmer Ray Webb
Elmer Ray Webb, son of the late Winston and Nora Wright Webb was born in Letcher County, Kentucky, May 13, 1937. He entered eternal life Sunday, August 5, 2012 at his residence in Pine Creek, Kentucky being 75 years, 2 months, and 22 days of age at the time of his passing. Elmer married Sharon Engelbert Webb November 17, 1956. He was a member of the Pine Creek Free Pentecostal Church in Pine Creek, Kentucky. He enjoyed Bluegrass music as well as going to Bluegrass Festivals, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Webb of Pine Creek, Kentucky. One daughter, Debra Kay (Tony) Longworth of Pine Creek, Kentucky. Two sons, Curtis Dean Webb and Kenneth Ray (Melissa) Webb both of Pine Creek, Kentucky. Two sisters; Novella Sue Mullins of Cram Creek, Kentucky and Thelma Rue Hall of Pine Creek, Kentucky. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Elmer was preceded in death by a grandson, Mark Anthony. Daughter-in-law, Vada Webb. Sister, Nancy Lou and a brother, Burl Gay.
