Obituary for Charles Roy "Slick" Pryor, Jr.
Charles Roy "Slick" Pryor, Jr., son of Rosa Pryor and the late Charles Roy Pryor was born in Chicago, Illinois February 4, 1964. He entered eternal life Thursday, April 5, 2012 at his residence in Dema, Kentucky being 48 years, 2 months and 1 day of age at the time of his passing. Charles enjoyed painting cars and spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother and was a great friend to all that knew him. He is survived by his mother, Rosa Pryor of Dema, Kentucky. His wife, Ella Marie Pryor of Dema, Kentucky. Two sons: Charles Thomas Lee "Tommy" Pryor of Dema, Kentucky; Roy Shane Pryor of Dema, Kentucky and Deran Hatton of Whitesburg, Kentucky who was like a son. Three brothers: James Hobert Pryor of Whitesburg, Kentucky; Ed Pryor of Middlesboro, Kentucky; and Estes Pryor of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two sisters: Vanietta Pryor of Chicago, Illinois and Clara Ann Pryor of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Four grandchildren: Churstuin Thomas Pryor; Charles Lucas Drake Pryor; Aidan Ray Pryor and Emily Elizabeth Abigail Pryor. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Charles was preceded in death by one grandchild, Seth Gavin Pryor and one sister Hattie Pryor.
