Obituary for Nadine Gibson
Nadine Johnson Gibson, daughter of the late Estill and Zella Bates Johnson was born February 2, 1947 in Kite, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky being 72 years, 2 months and 28 days of age at the time of her passing.

She was married to Earl Dean Gibson on June 1, 1971. Nadine was an avid UK basketball fan. She enjoyed quilting, camping and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. Nadine loved her dog Gretchen.

She is survived by her husband, Earl Dean Gibson of Haymond, Kentucky. Two sons; Jeff Gibson of Haymond, Kentucky and Stewart (Deborah) Gibson of Mayking, Kentucky. Two brothers; Arthur Johnson of Kite, Kentucky and Charles Johnson of Topmost, Kentucky. Three sisters; Garnetta Hicks of Battle Creek, Michigan, Rosetta "Rose" Holbrook of Haymond, Kentucky and Martha Little of Kite, Kentucky. Three grandchildren; Nicholas, Brooklyn and Devon.

Also surviving are eight great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
