Kathy Lynn Blair, daughter of Shirley Ann Higgs Goble and the late Charles Ray Madden was born in Louisville, Kentucky, September 23, 1964. She entered eternal life Friday, October 29, 2021 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 57 years, 1 month and 6 days of age at the time of her passing.
Kathy married Timothy Glenn Blair. He passed away February 12, 2012. She enjoyed cleaning her home and sunbathing. She was a loving mother, sister and great friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by her loving mother, Shirley Goble. A son, Timothy Mark "Danielle" Blair of Pert Creek, Kentucky. Four daughters, Kristen Ann McLemore, Jamie Lynn Bates, Haley Nichole Madden all of Jeremiah, Kentucky and Angel "Shawn" Toler of North Carolina. A brother, Keith Gable of Summer, Illinois. Two sisters, Debra Gable and Margie Scott.
Also surviving are 13 grand chilren a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Kathy is preceded in death by a sister Vonda Madden. Husband, Timothy Blair.
