Obituary for Clarence Baker
Clarence Baker, son of the late Martin Hayes and Lucille Smith Baker was born at Millstone, Kentucky April 24, 1940. He entered eternal life Friday, June 4, 2021 at the Greg Noreen Wells Hospice in Hazard, Kentucky being 81 years, one month and ten days of age at the time of his passing.
Clarence was married to the late Lois Bernice Anderson Baker, she passed away December 26, 2020. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend to all that knew him. Clarence and Lois both joined Millstone Missionary Baptist Church and baptized on March 10. 2002 the same day.
He is survived by a daughter, Tanya (Anthony) Stines of Millstone, Kentucky. A son, Alex (Susanna) Baker of Tallahassee, Florida. Two brothers, Ronnie (Gloria) Baker and Freddie (Diana) Baker both of Millstone, Kentucky. A sister, Betty Hampton of Westland, Michigan.
Also surviving are four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to ourn his passing.
Clarence was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brittany Nicolle Stines and two sisters, Bonnie Baker and Lois Pike.
