Obituary for Woodrow "Woody" Brown
Woodrow "Woody" Allen Brown, son of Joe Webb and Mary Cole Devlin was born November 10, 1970 in Whitesburg, Kentucky. He entered eternal life Sunday, January 15, 2023 at his residence in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 52 years, 2 months and 5 days of age at the time of his passing.
Woody and his wife Lettie had been united for over 33 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all that knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lettie Brown of Millstone, Kentucky; a daughter, Alisha (Justin) Collier of Millstone, Kentucky, two sons, Shawn (Hannah) Brown of Jenkins, Kentucky and Shane (Destinee) Brown of Kingsport, Tennessee; four brothers, Chris Webb of Dryfork, Kentucky, Billy (Shelia) Brown of Thornton, Kentucky, Timmy (Heather) Issac of Wheelwright, Kentucky and James Webb of DryFork, Kentucky; four sisters, Mona Mullins of Mcroberts, Kentucky, Mary Cantrell of Wise, Virginia, Tabitha (Charles) Adams of Mayking, Kentucky and Joann (Paul) Roark of Corbin, Kentucky.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Lillian, Leah, Kamryn, Brynlee, Logan, Dawson; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by two brothers, Kenny Brown, JC Webb and two grandkids, Casen & Colton. A brother-in-law, Joey Mullins.
