Obituary for Wilma Jean Lewis
Wilma Jean Lewis, daughter of the late Garland and Bulah Widener Lewis, was born at Eolia, Kentucky on August 16, 1941. she entereed eternal life Friday, January 8, 2021 at the St. Alexis Hospital in Barrington, Illinois being 79 years, 4 months and 22 days of age at the time of her passing.

Wilma was married to the late Curtis E. Collier. He passed away in 1991. She later married Edward Laufer, he entered eternal life in 1991. She was a loving mother, aunt and friend to all that knew her. Wilma was a Christian that loved the lord.

She is survived by a loving daughter, Jenny Sue Collier of Elgin, Illinois, five nephews; Floyd, Chris, Marc, Scott and Toby, three nieces; Veronica, Sherry and Beulah.

Also surviving are three dogs; Trixie, Boo, Cookie and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Wilma was preceded in death by four brothers; Joe Lewis, Larry Lewis, Everett "Pete" Lewis and Thomas Lewis, and one sister; Linda Curry.
