Obituary for William 'Walter" Kincer
William "Walter" Kincer, son of the late Emmitt Kincer and Victoria Craft Kincer was born in Letcher County, Kentucky June 27, 1939. He entered eternal life Thursday, September 12, 2013 in Jenkins , Kentucky being 74 years, 2 months and 15 days of age at the time of his passing. Walter married Billie Ruth Johnson Kincer June 27, 1958 in Wise, Virginia. She passed away April 22, 2009. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Jenkins, Kentucky and of the Masonic Lodge # 0184 in Nashport, Ohio. He is survived by his four sons, Bill Kincer and wife Lori of Zanesville, Ohio, Steve Kincer and wife Tamra of Westerville, Ohio, Paul Kincer and Scott Moore both of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. One daughter, Jeanne Kincer Engle and husband Barry of Jenkins, Kentucky. One sister, Marie Reed of Jenkins, Kentucky. Two brother-in-laws, Charlie Holbrook of Jenkins, Kentucky and Roy Ables of Brookville, Ohio. Caretaker, Susie Kincer. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Brent (Leah), Lauren, Timothy, Karsen, Leah Lynn, Makenna and Cody and his doggie Mimi and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Walter is preceded in death by three sisters, Ella Newsome, Lavenne Holbrook, Betty Ables. One brother-in-law, James Reed.
