Obituary for William Gibson
William B. Gibson, son of the late Codell and Zola Sizemore Gibson was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, December 13, 1959. He entered eternal life Monday, November 8, 2021 at his residence in McRoberts, Kentucky being 61 years of age at the time of his passing.
William married Carla Williams July 19, 1986 in McRoberts, Kentucky. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carla Gibson of McRoberts, Kentucky. Two daughters, Lindsay (Jeremy) Giles of Neon, Kentucky and Whitney Gibson of Burdine, Kentucky. Four brothers, Codell Gibson, Alex Gibson both of Whitesburg, Kentucky, Morris Gibson of Colson, Kentucky and Thomas Gibson of Premium, Kentucky. Three sisters, Rita Collins of Ice, Kentucky, Coldonia Adams of Sandlick, Kentucky and Ruth Shepherd of Elgin, Oklahoma.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Houston, Hunter, Hayden, Lawson, Myla, Annistyn, Camreigh. A great-grandchild, Remington and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, Tia Branham. Three brothers, Merty Gibson, Bill Gibson and Alfred Gibson. Two sisters, Evyonne Adams and Mary Sue Nelson.
