Obituary for William Dwayne Sizemore
Dr. William Dwayne Sizemore, son of the late Walter Raleigh Sizemore and Hallie Davidson Sizemore was born in Hazard, Kentucky June 2, 1954. He entered eternal life Friday, July 1, 2016 at his residence in Isom, Kentucky being 62 years and 29 days of age at the time of his passing.
Dwayne married Tina Sue Akers February 14, 1984. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Whitesburg, Kentucky. Dwayne dedicated his life to serving the community for over 35 years as an optometrist. He also dedicated years in service to the Gideon ministry. Dwayne had a love for traveling, fishing, animals and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tina Sue Sizemore of Isom, Kentucky. Two daughters, Samantha (Seth) Gover and Alexandra (Ben) Steury both of Lexington, Kentucky. His mother-in-law, Barbara Akers of Scuddy, Kentucky. Two brothers, George (Brenda) Sizemore of London, Kentucky and Sonny (Elizabeth) Sizemore of Lexington, Kentucky. Two sisters, Jenni (Allen) Roberts of Manchester, Kentucky and Malissa Ann (Terry) Bowling of Hyden, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
