Obituary for Wanda Lee Ratliff Baker
Wanda Lee Ratliff Baker, daughter of the late Clarence and Sadie Mae Marcum Ratliff was born at Glo, Kentucky, May 13, 1939. She entered eternal life Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 76 years, 3 months and 25 days of age at the time of her passing. Wanda was married to Ronnie Wayne Baker July 21, 1962. She enjoyed quilting, reading, painting, crafts, working in her flowers and canning jelly. Wanda was a woman of great faith and her family was the most important part of her life. She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Wayne Baker of Colson, Kentucky. Two sons; Rodney Gerald (Alice) Baker of Ermine, Kentucky and Ronald Wayne (Shannon) Baker of Indianapolis, Indiana. One daughter, Laronda Sue (Donnie) Adams of Colson, Kentucky. Two brothers; James Ratliff of Tucson, Arizona and Clarence M. Ratliff of Wellington, Kentucky. Two sisters; Janice Hall of Deane, Kentucky and Donna Sue Ratliff of Kite, Kentucky. Five grandchildren; Dr. Jordan (Sarah) Adams, Justin (Nikki) Baker, Travis Baker, Charity Baker and Kamryn Adams. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
