Obituary for Wanda Faye Sexton
Wanda Faye Sexton, daughter of the late Marcus and Emma Hall Collier was born in Neon, Kentucky, June 20, 1951. She entered eternal life Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital being 60 years, 8 months and 12 days of age at the time of her passing. She was married to Robert Sexton, Jr. April 7, 1967. He entered eternal life January 6, 2012. Wanda worked as a parking attendant for the City of Whitesburg and Whitaker Bank and worked at the Harry M. Caudill Library. She had been in declining heath for the past three years. She is survived by two sons: Mark A. Sexton and wife Katie and Robert Shane Sexton and wife Michelle both of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two brothers: Bert Hurt of Campbranch, Kentucky and Roy Hall of Neon, Kentucky. Two sisters: Eula Mae Gibbs of New Market, Tennessee and Teresa Green of Fletcher, North Carolina. Also surviving are four grandchildren: Amber Sexton; Emily Sexton; Joseph Sexton; and Aaron Andrew Sexton and a hos of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
