Obituary for Virgie Martin
Virgie Martin, daughter of the late McKenley and Tiney Pitts Walters was born in Blackey, Kentucky, April 22, 1954. She entered eternal life Sunday, May 17, 2020 at The Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital in Hazard, Kentucky being 66 years and 25 days of age at the time of her passing.
Virgie was a loving grandmother, sister and a great friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed many things, but spending time with her family and friends is what she enjoyed most.
She is survived by her loving four brothers, Russell, Ralph, Charlie and William Walters all of Blackey, Kentucky. One grandchild, Rebecca Stacy of Flemingsburg, Kentucky. A great-grandchild, Hunter Stacy of Flemingsburg, Kentucky.
Virgie is preceded in death by one son, William "Bill" Walters. Two brothers, Henry and Johnny Walters.
