Obituary for Verlon Taylor
Verlon Taylor, son of the late William Neman and Lake Erie Tyree Taylor was born in Letcher County, Kentucky, August 15, 1955. He entered eternal life Thursday, April 16, 2015 at his residence in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 59 years, 8 months and 1 day of age at the time of his passing. Verlon was a coal miner and enjoyed taking care of his horses. He enjoyed many things, but spending time with his family and friends is what he enjoyed most. He is survived by his loving daughters, Tonya (Burtis) Caudill of Pine Creek, Kentucky and Treva (Dan) Stewart also of Pine Creek, Kentucky. One son, Verlon Z. (Eric) Taylor of Pine Creek, Kentucky. Four brothers, Kenneth (Pam) Taylor of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Wendell (Linda K) Taylor of Campbranch, Kentucky, Earl (Betty) Taylor of Sexton Branch, Kentucky and Winford (Jane) Taylor of Hurricane, West Virginia. Three sisters, Donna Jean (Dean) Adams of Totz, Kentucky, Shirley Lucas of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Gleeda Taylor of Sexton Branch, Kentucky. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Teeara Caudill, Cloe Stewart and Colby Pease all of Pine Creek, Kentucky and a host of other relatives and special friends to mourn his passing.
