Theresa L. Callihan, daughter of the late Lindsey and Iva Jo Hall Ratliff was born in Chillocothe, Ohio, October 29, 1961. She entered eternal life at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital Wednesday, December 27, 2017 being 56 years, 1 month and 28 days of age at the time of her passing.
Theresa was married to Thomas Callihan November 18, 1991. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Callihan of Whitesburg, Kentucky. One son, Gary (Leslie) Bates of Whitesburg, Kentucky. One brother, Ike (Mandy) Ratliff of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. One sister, Jennifer (Doug) Lanzillotta of Cincinatti, Ohio. Two aunts; Linda (Addie) Raleigh of Kings Creek, Kentucky and Margurite Schell of Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida. Two grandchildren; Thomas Bates and Corey Bates.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
