Obituary for Ted S. Cook
Ted S. Cook, son of the late Ed and Hattie Hall Cook was born at Democrat, Kentucky, November 27, 1944. He entered eternal life Sunday, January 31, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky being 76 years, 2 months and 4 days of age at the time of his passing.
Ted was married to Lula Mosgrove, January 8, 1966. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and great friend to all that new him. Ted loved antique cars and attending his church at Hemphill Baptist Church in Hemphill, Kentucky.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lula Cook of Thornton, Kentucky. A daughter, Medina (Walter) Allen of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two sons, Ted (Amy) Cook, Jr and Scott (Cindy) Cook both of Jenkins, Kentucky. Two sisters, Sally (Keith) Mitchell of Frankfort, Kentucky and Catherine Mason of Winchester, Kentucky. Like a brother, Harold (Barber) Mason of Winchester, Kentucky.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Ted Allen, Jordan Medina, Beverly Cook, Karley Kincer, Gregory Kincer, Nicole Cook, Haley Cook and also a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Ted was preceded in death by four brothers, Alvin Cook, James Cook, Paul Cook and Dan Cook. One sister, Loma True.
