Tammy Lewis, daughter of the late RB and Georgia Dixon Slone was born at Linefork, Kentucky, August 4, 1968. She entered eternal life Friday, September 12, 2025 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital being 57 years, 1 month and 8 days of age at the time of her passing.
Tammy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. She was married to Michael Lewis, August 2, 1996.
She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Lewis of Linefork, Kentucky, a daughter, Emily (Matt) Brock of Linefork, Kentucky, two sons, Keith (Marisha) Adams of Cumberland, Kentucky, Jeremy Patrick Adams of Cumberland, Kentucky, two brothers, Michael Slone of Doty Creek, Kentucky and Gary Slone of Cumberland, Kentucky, a sister, Tabitha Hatfield of Corbin, Kentucky.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Landen, Alli, Kolton, Jaliyah, Jakari, Hayden and Caden and a host of other relatives and fiends to mourn her passing.
Tammy was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sydney Nicole Adams, two sisters, Barbara Halcomb and Brenda Back.
