Obituary for Sherri Mae Stringer
Sherri Mae Stringer, daughter of Billie Wayne Stringer and Deborah Stamper Metcalf was born January 19, 1977 in Letcher County, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Friday, July 20, 2012 at Isom, Kentucky being Thirty Five years, six months, and one day of age at the time of her passing. Sherri was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and a great friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but most of all she enjoyed time with her son. She is survived by her loving son, Damian B. Smith of Millstone, Kentucky. Father Billie Wayne Stringer and wife Kathy of Nashville, Indiana. Mother, Deborah Metcalf of Millstone, Indiana. Three brothers, Christopher A. Pole of Richmond, Kentucky, Billy Joe Watkins of Columbus, Indiana, and Ernest W. Stringer of Nashville, Indiana. One sister, Shawntaa R. Raleigh of Parma, Ohio. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Sherri is preceded in death by a sister, Shawna Faye Poe.
