Shawn D. Hollenbeck, son of Danny Ray Hollenbeck and the late Barbara Jo Hollenbeck was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, June 6, 1978. he entered eternal life Monday, November 16, 2020 at The Hazard Appalachian Regional hospital in Hazard, Kentucky being 42 years, 4 months and 21 days of age at the time of his passing.
Shawn was a loving father, son, brother and a great friend to all that knew him. He was an avid UK fan. He enjoyed many things, but he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends is what he enjoyed most.
He is survived by his loving father, Danny Ray Hollenbeck of Mayking, Kentucky. A son, Shawn Patrick Hollenbeck of Mayking, Kentucky. Two step sons, Joseph Combs of Partridge, Kentucky and Austin Combs of Bowling Green, Kentucky. Two brothers, Christopher Hollenbeck of Mayking, Kentucky and Derek (Jessica) Hollenbeck of Portland, Tennessee.
Also surviving are two nieces, Abby Hollenbeck and Lindsey Hollenbeck and a nephew, Derek (DJ) Hollenbeck all of Portland, Tennessee and a host of other realtives and friends to mourn his passing.
