Sandra Lorita Couch, daughter of the late William and Delores Longsworth Spangler was born at Seco, Kentucky, October 5, 1948. She entered eternal life Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Hospital in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 70 years, 4 months and 16 days of age at the time of her passing.
Sandra was married to Jeffery Garland Couch April 9, 1983. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed cooking, baking and camping.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffery Garland Couch of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two daughters, Anna Lucille (Clyde) Stanley of Jenkins, Kentucky and Kim Renee (Doug) Stewart of Mayking, Kentucky. Two brothers; Billy Wayne Spangler of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Timothy Spangler of Mayking, Kentucky. Four sisters; Jackie Adams of Cowan, Kentucky, Linda Branson of Knott County, Kentucky, Donna Brock of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Darnell Coots of Georgia.
Also surviving are six grandchildren; Michael, Lori, Ryan, Andrew, Amber and Isaiah. Seven great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Sandra was preceded in death by a son, Billy Gene Looney Jr. Two brothers; Jimmy Spangler and Damon Spangler.
