Obituary for Sally Caudill Jones
Sally Caudill Jones of 71 Kingdom Come Creek Whitesburg, KY went to be with the lord on 11/7/23. She was 85 years, 6 months and 16 days of age at her passing. She was born in Whitesburg, KY on April 22, 1938. Her parents were Arlie and Nancy Hawkins Caudill of Whitesburg, KY. She was married to Frank D. Jones also of Whitesburg, KY and had three sons, Eddie, Daniel and David. Eddie and Daniel proceeded her in death and she is survived by David (Kim) of Huntington, WV. She is also survived by her brother Paul Caudill of Taylor, Michigan, her sister Sandra Caudill of Whitesburg, KY, 3 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Even though she could not be with Paul of Sandra she called them very often and always told them she loved them. She had a total of 12 brothers and sisters- Lloyd, Estil, Lee, Grant, Boyd, Paul, Thomas, Emma, Essie, Bessie, Hazel, Sandra and a host of other relatives and friends. Due to her health issues, she had resided with her son David until her passing. Special thanks to David's wife Kim, my daughter, Melissa and caregiver Rebecca Morales-Ramos who lovingly provided care and comfort during her final stages of life. She believed in the lord and always said when it's my time to go "Good Bye Old World, Gone To A Better Home' as written on her tombstone. She will be greatly missed but her memory will never be forgotten.
