Ruthie Inez Breeding, Daughter of the late Donnie and Margie Fields Hodges was born in Jenkins, Kentucky August 21, 1968. She entered eternal life Monday May, 24 2021 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Being 52 years, 9 months, and 3 days of age at the time of her passing.
Ruthie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Ruthie was an avid U.K. fan.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Kayse Ruth Franklin of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two sisters Debra Hodges of Jenkins, Kentucky and Sandra Hodges Haley of Whitesburg, Kentucky. A step-Mother, Paula Hodges of Jenkins, Kentucky. Also surviving a granddaughter, Heidi Marie Brumback. One nephew, Jonathan Taylor. Four nieces Brittany Haley Johnson, Ashley Taylor Kensley Haley, Emilee and Taylor, Two great nieces Aubrey Taylor and Ember Johnson. A special friend Misty Slone of Whitesburg, Kentucky and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
