Obituary for Rose Mary Parks
Rose Mary Parks, daughter of Crissie Fugate and the late Delmas Banks. She was born in Perry County, Kentucky May 11, 1961. She entered eternal life Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital in Hazard, Kentucky being 50 years, 9 months, and 10 days of age at the time of her passing. Rose Mary married Dallas Parks on May 1, 1983 in Clintwood, Virginia. She was a member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church in Millstone, Kentucky. She was an avid Dale Earnhardt and NASCAR Fan. She enjoyed many things, but most of all she loved spending time with her furbabies and family. She is survived by her mother Crissie Fugate of Knott County, Kentucky. Her loving husband, Dallas Parks of Cowan, Kentucky. One daughter, Amy Rene Banks of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two brothers, Edward Ashley of Hazard, Kentucky and Dale Banks of Litt Carr, Kentucky. Two sisters, Joann Bowen of Colson, Kentucky and Bobbie Sue Gibson of Litt Carr, Kentucky.
