Obituary for Roger Howard
Roger Howard, son of Rosa Webb Collier and the late Junior Robert Howard was born at Pineville, Kentucky on February 5, 1968. He entered eternal life Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio being 49 years, 9 months, and 25 days of age at the time of his passing.
Roger married Becky Bradley on July 17, 2010. He was a loving husband, son, father, brother, and a great friend to all that knew him. Roger enjoyed playing horse shoes, corn hole, his guitar and hunting ginseng.
He is survived by his loving wife, Becky Howard of Whitesburg, Kentucky. His mother, Rosa Collier of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Three step-sons, Bryan Garland of Pine Top, Kentucky, Zackary Garland and Dakota Garland both of Neon, Kentucky. One step-daughter, Cheyeanne Garland of Neon, Kentucky. Two sisters, Robin (Junior) Sandlin and Valarie Osborne of Whitesburg, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Roger was preceded in death by his step-father, Ralph Collier. Brother-in-law, Mike Osborne. Father-in-law, Ron Henry.
