Rita Ann Isaacs Fields, daughter of Lula Bell Wright and the late Charles Isaacs was born in Danville, Illinois, August 17, 1965. She entered eternal life Saturday, August 18, 2018 at the University Of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 53 years and one day of age at the time of her passing.
Rita was married to Danny Fields. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and a great friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Danny Fields of Kingscreek, Kentucky. Her parents, Lula Belle and Hubert Caudill of Mayking, Kentucky. One son, Charles "CJ" (Jessica) Slone of Johnson City, Tennessee. Two brothers; Burtis (Tonya) Caudill of Mayking, Kentucky and Mitchell (LeeAnn) Caudill of Pikeville, Kentucky. One granddaughter, Kaylen "KayBug" Slone of Pikeville, Kentucky. One niece, Teeara Caudill of Mayking, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Rita was preceded in death by her father, Charles W. Isaacs. One brother, Charles (Chucky) Isaacs and a special grandmother, Flora Jane "Granny" Wright.
