Obituary for Rickey Will Niece
On Thursday, December 9, 2021 Rickey Wilford Dewayne Niece passed away. Forever to be safe with Jesus.
Rickey was born at Norton Hospital in Norton, Va.
Being 19 years,ten months,and seven days old.
He graduated from Central High School in 2020
With honors.
He is survived by his grandmothers, Kathy Niece Barnette of Rogersville , Tenn and Lena Bates Parsons of Whitesburg, Ky.
Father: Will Niece and wife Patience of Wise, Va
Brothers: Wolfgang Niece and Striker Niece of Wise, Va
Sisters: Annistin and Piper Niece of Wise Va.
Mother: Stacy Elkins Niece and family of Jenkins, Ky.
Aunt: Stacy Niece and girls: Brianna and Taylor all of Tenn.
Also surviving: The Barnette family of Wise, Va., Winfred & Judy Collins of Wise, Va , and Bill & Joyce Fields of Wise,
Va.
Since an early age as a toddler, Rickey loved to play with blocks and to build things. He was intrigued and amazed at how easy it was to take a car or truck apart and put it back-together. He loved being a mechanic and was good at his work . Sometimes, his flaw was, He just talked to much and was never in a hurry.
Rickey loved water sports and loved spending time with grandmother and pap at the lake. He enjoyed riding his four wheeler with friends and camping out. Occasionally, he would stop by and hang out with his dad and play games. Also, he had a passion for driving and listening to his music and it was so important that he have the right sound at all times. Every time he got a new amp he would say” Nana” you got to come out and listen to the new sound. It’s even better now!
He was loved by so many and will be missed by all.
“But as God calls us one by one the chain will be Linked again.”
