Obituary for Ray Mullins
Ray Mullins, son of the late John Harrison Mullins and Veggie Johnson Mullins was born in Knott County, Kentucky March 10, 1936. He entered eternal life Friday, March 29, 2013 at his residence in Kite, Kentucky being 77 years, 19 days of age at the time of his passing. Ray enjoyed many things but spending time with his family and friends is what he enjoyed most. He was a member of the Neon Church of Christ in Neon, Kentucky. He is survived by his three daughters; Malinda Pease of Ermine, Kentucky, Marcia Ann Hall of Kite, Kentucky, and Debra Damron of Virgie, Kentucky. Three sons, John Henry Mullins of Kite, Kentucky, Russelle Mullins of Cleveland, Ohio, and Dennis Ray Mullins of Kite, Kentucky. Two brothers; Johnny Mullins of Kite, Kentucky, and David Mullins of Sandlick, Kentucky. Eight sisters; Ella Rednour of Pennsylvania, Shirley of Chicago, Illinois. Opal Fouts of Indian Creek, Kentucky, Annie Fleming of South Carolina. Rosie Gibson of Tennessee. Maureen Tolliver of Kite, Kentucky. Marie Stewart of Lorain, Ohio, and Beverly Wright of McRoberts, Kentucky. Like a son, Paul Dean Sexton of Kite, Kentucky. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Ray is preceded in death four brothers, Logan, Charlie, Claude, and Burnis.
