Obituary for Ray Douglas Burke
Ray Douglas Burke, son of the late Mont Vernon and Ice Johnson Burke, was born in Pike County, Kentucky. July 15, 1943. He entered life September 24, 2012 at the Pikeville Medical Center being 69 years, 2 months and 9 days of age at the time of his passsing. He enjoyed playing banjo, bluegrass music and just enjoying the scenery. He is survived by his fiancee, Judy Rose Chilcote of McRoberts, Kentucky. One son Douglas Ray Burke (Debbie) of Isom, Kentucky. One brother, Fletcher Burke of Northern Virginia. One Sister, Olline Burke Stewart of Northern Virginia. One grandchild, Seth Douglas Burke of Isom, Kentucky. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
