Obituary for Ralph "Randy" Fowler
Ralph "Randy" Fowler son of Joyce Bridges Sparks and the late Ralph Edward Fowler was born in Gaffney, South Carolina September 4, 1951. He passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013 at his residence in Blackey, Kentucky 61 years of age at the time of his passing. Ralph married Anna Viola Cameron she passed away, March 31, 2012. He enjoyed many things, but spending time with his family and friends is what he enjoyed most. Ralph is survived by his loving mother, Joyce Sparks of Blackey, Kentucky. One brother, Michael Fowler of Rockhill, South Carolina. Two sisters, Dianne Fowler of Fulton, Ohio and Joyce Sexton of Rockhill, South Carolina.
