Obituary for Print Sturgill
Print Sturgill, son of the late Edison Dillard and Nannie Bentley Sturgill was born at Whitesburg, Kentucky July 24, 1934. He entered eternal life Sunday, June 4, 2017 at the Greg-Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 82 years, 8 months and 10 days of age at the time of his passing.
Print was married to Joyce Spangler Sturgill, July 24, 1954. He was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in Korea and Germany. Print was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to all that knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Sturgill of Crafts Colly, Kentucky. One son, Keith (Kim) Sturgill of Craft Colly, Kentucky. Three daughters; Robyn (Larry) Ison of Kingscreek, Kentucky, Belinda (Charles) Sexton of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Darlene ( Bob) Bice of Kingsport, Tennessee. One sister, Oretta Sue Moore of Craft Colly, Kentucky.
Also surviving are ten grandchildren; Tiffany, Keleigh, Eric, Ryan, Melanie, Shelly, Paula, Jessie, Jeremy and Brandy. Eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Print was preceded in death by a son, Barry Lynn Sturgill. One sister, Mary. Five brothers; Owen, Gean, Junior, Lovell and Arville.
