Penny Faye Blair, daughter of the late Morgan and Inez Ratliff Day was born September 23, 1963 in Whitesburg, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Thursday, December 23, 2021 in Jenkins, Kentucky being 58 years and 3 months of age at the time of her passing.
Penny was a loving mother and an extraordinary grandmother. She was a member of the Kings Creek Community Church. Penny was a dedicated nurse and made her life about caring and loving for everyone especially her grandbabies. They kept her light burning bright.
She is survived by a daughter, Keisha and special son-in-law Keith Stiles of Jenkins, Kentucky. Four grandchildren; Nevaeh Adams, Brenleigh Stiles, Brody Stiles and Zach Stiles. One brother, Morgan Day. One sister, Peggy Sturgill. Special nieces; Brittani, Erica, Nicole, Val and Bridgette. Special nephews; Derrick and Dewayne.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death four sisters; Brenda Day, Zelma Blair, Doris Cornett and Marlene Blair. A niece, Beverly Day.
