Pattie B. Sexton, age 83, a long-time resident of Warren, Michigan passed away on February 9, 2021 at Ascension St. John Oakland Hospital, Madison Heights, Michigan. She was born on April 9, 1937 in Letcher County, Kentucky.
Beloved Wife of the late Jasper C. Sexton. Dear Mother of Bob (Kelly) Sexton, Barbara Adkins, Tommy (late Janet) Sexton, Jasper C. (Mary) Sexton, and the late Karen Sexton (late Ralph Courtemanche). Dear Grandmother of Crystal Sexton, Jason Sexton, Nickolas Sexton, (Late) Andrew Sexton, Joey Sexton, Rachel Sexton, and Travis Sexton. Great-Grandmother, Aunt, Cousin to many and Sister to James (Linda) Branch. Mom to her beloved Niece Martha Miller, and also predeceased by many siblings.
Pattie enjoyed visits with family, summer trips to her cottage up north, playing cards with family for hours at a time, yard sales far and wide. She loved her many dogs over many years. In earlier years, she enjoyed her trips to visit family in Letcher County, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ASPCA.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 15th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block North of 13 Mile Road, West side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 19th, at Everridge & Hatton Funeral Home Inc., 65 Main St., Whitesburg, Kentucky 41858.
