Obituary for Pamela Kay McIntosh
Pamela Kay McIntosh, daughter of the late Clyde Haynes and Mallie Johnson was born in Stow, Ohio, February 16, 1955. She entered eternal life on Monday, October 9, 2023 at the Greg Noreen Wells Hospice center in Hazard, Kentucky being 68 years, 7 months and 23 days of age at the time of her passing.
She married Jimmy McIntosh on May 13, 1978 in Cowan, Kentucky. He passed away February 22, 2022. She was a lovig wife, mother, grandmother and great friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by two loving daughters, Dena K. Collins of Hazard, Kentucky and Jammie Lynn Baker (Gregory S. Baker) of Thornton, Kentucky, a son, Thomas Scott Collins (Jennifer Collins) of Ermine, Kentucky.
also surviving are her loving grandchildren, Kyle, Kierra Collins, Christian Collins, Trennity, Cameron Ritchardson, Pamela Collins, Jacob Elija Baker, two great-grandchildren Emerald Ritchardson, Malaya Collins and Millie Collins and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
