Obituary for Norma "Faye" Banks
Norma "Faye" Banks, daughter of the late Steve Hale and Urah Goode Hale was born in Harlan County, Kentucky September 22, 1936. She entered eternal life Sunday, September 1, 2013 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Hospital in Hazard, Kentucky being 76 years, eleven months and 9 days of age at the time of her passing. Norma "Faye" married Charles Banks. She was a member of the Little Cowan Primitive Baptist Church in Cowan, Kentucky. She enjoyed going to church, singing, making dolls and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Banks of Cowan, Kentucky. One daughter, Tammy Holbrook and husband Darrell of Craft Colley, Kentucky. Three sons, Tim Adams and wife Shelia of Craft Colley, Kentucky, James Marcus Adams and wife Alfretta also of Craft Colley, Kentucky and Stephen Adams of Battle Town, Kentucky. One sister, Iva Clark of Tiffin, Ohio. Also survivng are eleven grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Norma "Faye" was preceded in death by one son, Don Adams. One daughter, Linda Adams. One brother, Junior Hale. One sister, Wilma Brady.
