Obituary for Mablene "Pat" Brock
Mablene "Pat" Brock, daughter of the late Erlis and Ada Maggard Roberts was born August 8, 1946 in Eolia, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 74 years, 7 months and 6 days of age at the time of her passing.
She was married to James Brock who preceded her in death on May 8, 2004. Mablene enjoyed talking with friends, playing with her dogs Peanut and Bouncy, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by four sons; Daniel (Crystal) Brock of Pound, Virginia, Gary (Ernestine) Brock of Eolia, Kentucky, James (Carman) Brock of Eolia, Kentucky and Bobby (Amanda) Brock of Eolia, Kentucky. Three daughters; Linda (Billy) Maggard of Eolia, Kentucky, Terry Brock of Eolia, Kentucky and Patricia Brock of Eolia, Kentucky. Four brothers; David Roberts of Eolia, Kentucky, Bob Roberts of Eolia, Kentucky, Frank Roberts of Kingsport, Tennessee and Greg Roberts of Eolia, Kentucky. One sister, Thelma Maggard of Partridge, Kentucky.
Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren and other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Brock. A brother, Jackie Earl Boyd. A sister, Brenda Sturgill.
