Obituary for Mabel Duncil
Mable Quillen Duncil, daughter of the late Sealand and Elizabeth Bentley Quillen was born December 29, 1926 at Deane, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Letcher Manor Nursing Home in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 89 years, 11 months and 11 days of age at the time of her passing.
Mable was married to Ellis Duncil November 25, 1945 in Whitaker, Kentucky. He passed away August 6, 2008. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, sitting on the porch and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by one son, Jimmy (Gleadith) Duncil of Deane, Kentucky. One granddaughter, Monica Duncil of Deane, Kentucky. A grandson, James Duncil of Deane, Kentucky. One great granddaughter, Emily Dorton of Cynthiana, Kentucky and a great grandson, Robey Dotson of Jenkins, Kentucky. Two sisters; Nettie Beckett of Grifton, Ohio and Jettie Sergent of North Ridgeville, Ohio.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Mabel was preceded in death by four brothers; Russell, Herbert, Clarence and Vineyard Quillen
