Obituary for Louvenia "Lou" Tolliver
Louvenia "Lou" Tolliver, daughter of the late Granville and Ritter Quillen Hall, was born at Halo, Kentucky, August 6, 1926. She entered eternal life Saturday, June 19, 2021 at her residence in Jackhorn, Kentucky being 94 years, 10 months and 13 days of age at the time of her passing.
Louvenia "Lou" was married to the late Quinton Daniel Tolliver, he passed away July 17, 1979. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a great friend to all that knew her. Lou enjoyed working in her vegetable and flower garden and was a member of the Little Dove Old Regular Baptist Church at Sassafras, Kentucky since November 1977.
She is survived by a loving daughter, Wanda Lemaster of Jackhorn, Kentucky. Three sons, John E. (Linda) Branham, Robert (Faye) Tolliver both of Rutledge, Tennessee and Ronnie (Susie) Tolliver of Corbin, Kentucky. Two brothers, Ishmal Hall of Manassas, Virginia and McKinley Hall of Pikeville, Kentucky.
Also surviving are ten grandchildren, Kim, Teresa, Christie, Jarrod, Darrin, Jeff, Ryan, Megan, Quinton and Jason. Seven great-grandchildren, Ashlea, Jon, Braxton, Morgan, Madison, Aaron, Hope and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Lou was preceded in death by two sons, Kenneth Branham and Clinton Tolliver, Three great-grandchildren, Lynzi, Gabriel and Aria. Four Sisters; Beatrice Johnson, Ethyl Tolliver, Mero Burchett and Euretta Bentley. A son-in-law, Gary Lemaster and a daughter-in-law, Joyce Tolliver. Three brothers; M.C, C.B. and Tillisman.
