She is survived by her parents,Terry and Christy Mullins of Neon, Kentucky. A sister, Lydia Rose Mullins of Neon, Kentucky. A grandmother, Donna Blair of Cowan, Kentucky. Her great-grandmother, Loraine Blair of Ermine, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of uncles, aunts, relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Billy Blair. A grandmother, Denise Rose. A great grandfather, Elihue Blair.
