Obituary for Linda Pendleton
Linda Pendleton, daughter of the late David and Oshie Baker Boggs was born in Cowan, Kentucky, April 18, 1951. She entered eternal life Thursday, August 19, 2021 at her residence in Cowan, Kentucky being 70 years, 4 months and 1 day of age at the time of her passing.
Linda married Doug Pendleton August 21, 1971 in Clintwood, Virginia. He passed away January 27, 2016. She loved going to church where she attended the New Freedom Worship Center in Dunham, Kentucky. Linda enjoyed shopping, cleaning, painting her house, taking care of her little dog snowball and spending time with her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her.
She is survived two daughters; Sarah "Richard" Wyatt and Mary "Steve" Bates both of Cowan, Kentucky. One son, Douglas "Sabrina" Pendleton of Sergent, Kentucky. Three brothers; Joe Boggs, Gary Wayne Boggs and David Boggs Jr. all of Cowan, Kentucky. Three sisters; Dana Sturgill of London, Kentucky, Faye Martin of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Brenda Ratliff of Kingscreek, Kentucky. Four grandchildren; Dougie Ryan Pendleton, Ricky Wyatt, Christian Wyatt and Zachary Dollarhide.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by four brothers; Rodney Boggs, Lester Boggs, Elvy Boggs and Johnny Boggs. Two sisters; Lucy Boggs and Sandra Roark.
