Obituary for Linda Faye Curry
Linda Faye Curry, daughter of the late Garland and Bulah (Widner) Lewis was born May 5, 1946 in Eolia, Ky. She entered eternal life Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Healthcare Hospital being 73 years, 10 months, and 5 days of age at the time of her passing.
She married Johnny Curry on March 22, 1966. He preceded her in death May 13, 2018. She enjoyed fishing, sewing and spending time with her family. Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by one son, Floyd (Shannon) Curry of Jeff, Kentucky. One daughter; Veronica (Harry) Blount of Portsmouth, Ohio. Four granchildren; Johnathan, Rachel, Jeremy and Dalton. One sister; Wilma Lewis of Elgin, Illinois. A god son, Joda Cornett. A god daughter, Carmen Brock.
Also surviving are a host of adopted grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Beulah Marie Curry. Four brothers; Joe Lewis, Larry Lewis, Everett "Pete" Lewis and Thomas Lewis.
