Obituary for Kathy Lee Adams
Kathy Lee Adams, daughter of Kenneth and Cynthia Phillips Cornett was born at Hyden, Kentucky, October 8, 1980. She entered eternal life, Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Hallie, Kentucky being 43 years and 28 days of age at the time of her passing.
Kathy was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed riding four wheelers, cooking, fishing, going shopping and most of all spending time with her family.
She is survived by her parents; Kenneth Ray and Cynthia Cornett of Hallie, Kentucky. One son, Cameron Case of Hallie, Kentucky. One daughter Leiah (Trevor) Young of Hallie, Kentucky. Two brothers; Rodney Cornett of Blackey, Kentucky and Alex Cornett of Hallie, Kentucky. One sister, Shelly (Russell) Cornett of Hallie, Kentucky. One niece, Kylie McFall and a nephew, Kainan McFall.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
