Obituary for Judy Mae Godsey
Judy Mae Godsey, daughter of the late Aster and Martha Couch Brewer was born in Hazard, Kentucky, March 21, 1949. She entered eternal life Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at her residence in Camp Branch, Kentucky being 65 years, 3 months and 4 days of age at the time of her passing. Judy was married to Harold Godsey for 51 years. She was a loving wife, mother , grandmother, sister and friend to all that she knew. She is survived by her husband, Harold Godsey of Camp Branch, Kentucky. two daughters, Shannon Godsey (Roger Nease) of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Crystal Godsey of Hazard, Kentucky. Four Sisters; June Scott (Art), Ruth Hatton (Willie), Pat Williams (Paul) and Wendy Brewer (Cliff) and one brother, Aster Dooley Brewer,Jr all of Dayton,Ohio . Also surviving are two grandsons, Billy Jay Sexton, Jr. (Bobo) and Paul Dean Sexton (Pee Dee). One granddaughter, Hailey Shantelle Kuracka, her fur babies ,Bailey and Champ and a host of several cousins, nieces and nephews to mourn her passing.
