Obituary for Joyce Wilson
Joyce Wilson, daughter of the late Sam Baker and Mary Tyree Baker was born September 6, 1943 in Dryfork, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Tuesday at the Hazard Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 75 years, 8 months and 9 days of age at the time of her passing.
Joyce married Dean Wilson, March 7, 1963 in Clintwood, Virginia. He passed away January 8, 2015. She was a member of the Haymond Pentecostal Church in Haymond, Kentucky. She enjoyed going to church, sewing, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by a son, Brandon "Jessica" Wilson of Cowan, Kentucky. Three daughters, Rhonda "Allen Russell" Wright of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Sandra "Roscoe" Holbrook of Ermine, Kentucky and Michelle "Paul" Murphy of Cowan, Kentucky. Two brothers and five sisters.
Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Derick "Allison" Wright, Cameron "Cassie Mullins" Wright, Aaron "Mallorie Gross" Tolliver, Adam Holbrook, Cody Ison, Hayley Murphy. A great-grandchild, Addie and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Forster Baker. Three sisters, Hazel Frazier, Barbara Adams and Margaret Kincer.
