Josephine Mullins, daughter of the late Samuel Jessie and Ora Hylton Mullins was born on August 31, 1955 in Sassafras, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Monday, January 8, 2018 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Healthcare Hospital in Hazard, Kentucky being 62 years, 4 months and 17 days of age at the time of her passing.
She was married to David Mullins on August 16, 2009 at Sandlick, Kentucky. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by her husband, David Mullins of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two daughters; Leslie Ann Mullins of Johnson City, Tennessee and Heather Renea Mullins of Wise, Virginia. Two brothers; Billy Dean Mullins and Jesse Wayne Mullins both of Knott County, Kentucky.
Also surviving are three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by seven brothers; Rohndall Mullins, Albert Mullins, Randall Parks, Gurnie Mullins, Nick Mullins, Rufus Mullins and Vernon Mullins. Four sisters; Maxine Franklin, Isabelle Tidwell, Imogene Cook and Neil Lou Estill
