Obituary for Jeremy Kace "Lou" Lewis
Jeremy Kace "Lou" Lewis, son of Shelia Boggs and the late Gordon Lewis, Jr was born in Wise, Virginia February 27, 1982. He entered eternal life Sunday, July 22, 2012 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 30 years, 4 months, and 23 days of age at the time of his passing. Kace had a loving companion Amber Franks for thirteen years. He enjoyed riding four wheelers, and shooting guns. He was a loving son, brother and a great friend to all that knew him. He is survived by his loving companion, Amber Franks of Colson, Kentucky. Mother; Sheila Boggs and husband Larry of Whitesburg, Kentucky. One brother Lance Lewis and wife Margaret of Monticello, Kentucky. A close friend Jamie Madden. Also surviving are three nieces, Sarenity, Alycia, and Chelsey. Three nephews; Ethan, Hayden, and Dalton and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by one brother, James Gordon Lewis. Maternal grandparents; Abe and Elease Wampler. Paternal Grandparents, Nanlou Enlow, and Gordon Lewis.
