Obituary for Jeffery Dean Breeding
Jeffery Dean Breeding, son of the late Vester and Gladys Quillen Breeding was born March 23, 1961 in Jenkins, Kentucky. He entered eternal life Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Greg And Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 56 years and 15 days of age at the time of his passing.
He married Ruby Slone on November 17, 1995 in Neon, Kentucky. He was a member of the Neon Lions Club and a City Council member in Neon, Kentucky. Jeff enjoyed golfing, fishing, coaching football, basketball, baseball and spending time with his wife. He was a loving husband, brother, uncle and friend to all that knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Breeding of Neon, Kentucky. Two brothers; Ronnie (Penny) Breeding of Swanton, Ohio and Jimbo (Jane) Breeding of Neon, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Donny Quillen.
