Jamie Rebecca Sergent Cook, daughter of James and Judy Sergent was born on February 20, 1978 in Whitesburg, Kentucky. She entered eternal life on Saturday, August 30, 2014 in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 36 years, 5 months and 30 days of age at the time of her passing. She attended the Eolia Baptist Church. She enjoyed singing, reading, going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends. She also loved her precious dog Phoebe. She is survived by her loving father, James Sergent of Eolia, Kentucky. Her loving mother, Judy Sergent of Cowan, Kentucky. One son; Harley Dean Cook of Little Colly, Kentucky. One sister, Honey Hernandez of Kingsport, Tennessee. Also surviving are two nephews and one niece and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her twin boys. Her maternal grandparents; Wiley and Rettie Lane. Paternal grandparents; Okla and Bertie Sergent.
