Jacqueline "Jackie" Lay, daughter of the late John C. and Nannie Holbrook Ison Craft was born at Jenkins, Kentucky, May 28, 1935. She entered eternal life Friday, August 23, 2019 at her residence at Payne Gap, Kentucky being 84 years, 2 months and 25 days of age at the time of her passing.
Jackie was married to the late Jimmy Lay. He passed away May 24, 2013. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. Jackie loved attending church.
She is survived by three daughters; Linda Burger, Liesa Bickers and Theresa Lay all of Cincinnati, Ohio. Two brothers; Wiley Craft of Cincinnati, Ohio and George Ison Jr. of Russell Springs, Kentucky.
Also surviving are nine grandchildren; Renee, Joey, Charlie, Ryan, Jacqueline, Tyler, Taylor, Brandon and Zackary. Ten great grandchildren; Austin, Jalyenah, Jaelynn, Izah, Brayden, Gabby, Nolan, Aiden, Rocky, Kolton and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by four sisters; Billie Frances Williams, Della Marie Moretz, Peggy Wright and Allie Presnell. Six brothers; J.P. Craft, William Lee Craft, Denver Ison and three infant brothers.
