Obituary for Jack Stallard
Jack Stallard, son of the late John M. Stallard and Laura Jane Bentley Stallard was born in Letcher County, Kentucky October 6, 1929. He entered eternal life on Friday July 19, 2013 at the Countryside Manor Nursing Home in Aviston, Illinois being 83 years, 9 months and 13 days of age at the time of his passing. Jack was a US Airforce veteran serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church in Millstone, Kentucky. He was a member of the 1950 graduating class of Fleming Neon High School in Fleming Neon, Kentucky. He was a member of the Lonesome Pine Masonic Lodge #884 for over 50 years, Shriners Murat Temple in Indianapolis, Indiana and York Scottish Rights. He married Bonnie Vance Stallard on April 16, 1952 she passed away February 12, 2011. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and a great friend to all that knew him. He is survived by a son, Jack M. Stallard III (Kathy) of Cincinatti, Ohio. A daughter, Jane Stallard (Steve Kunz) of Summerfield, Illinois. One sister, Alice Jane Dalton of Knoxville, Tennessee. Two grandchildren; Austin and Laura Moran Newton. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
